CHICAGO — Live events and trade shows continue to rebound post-COVID, and the same can be said for event venues. Featuring new trade show venues as well as updates on ongoing venue construction, Trade Show Executive’s (TSE) Hotel/Convention Center Complexes report details growth in the all-in-one event spaces.

The 2023 report contains listings for 262 North American exhibition venues that have a hotel either within, attached, adjacent to or across from the premises and at least 25,000 square feet (sf) of prime exhibit or flex space. All-in-one complexes, or those that house guest rooms within the facility, are featured prominently in the report.

New spaces listed in the report for 2023 include five venues that have concluded construction since the 2022 report. Le Méridien Salt Lake City Downtown and Element Salt Lake City Downtown opened across from the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center in February 2023. The Omni PGA Frisco Resort in Texas opened this past May, while the Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park and Tru by Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park opened across from the Georgia International Convention Center in August. The Fontainebleau Las Vegas won’t open until December 2023; however, it too has a new listing in the Hotel/Convention Center Complexes report.

Resorts World Las Vegas is another new addition to the report. It features 3,506 guest rooms, 95,000 sf of prime exhibit space, 63,165 sf of meeting space and 125,197 sf of flex space.
