LAS VEGAS — Caesars Entertainment is demonstrating its commitment to health and wellness with its new Wellness Menu for conventions and meetings, which will debut in 2024 and allow event organizers to choose from a variety of wellness activities coordinated by Caesars to help attendees thrive and practice healthy habits.

The company debuted the menu before the opening of this year’s IMEX America, during Caesars’ IMEX Wellness Day, which saw visitors take a tour through the Valley of Fire with a guided Tai Chi session after a healthy breakfast, experience a specially curated wellness lunch and enjoy services at the award-winning Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace.

“Wellness continues to take on a bigger role in organizations and conferences,” Caesars Entertainment Vice President of Sales Kelly Gleeson Smith said. “Caesars Entertainment has embraced wellness for its team across the enterprise for some time now. We feel strongly that incorporating wellness sessions and speakers is integral to successful events. We are rolling out a wellness menu for our clients to make it as easy as possible for planners.”

Prior to IMEX America, Caesars Entertainment hosted a Wellness Day, which included a tour through the Valley of Fire State Park with a light Tai Chi session.

During trade shows and events, organizers can incorporate wellness speakers into their programming, with a variety of advocates, experts and authors recommended by Caesars. The speakers can talk on the subjects of mindful leadership, leveraging the power of scent, driving a healthy and caring work culture, and increasing workplace belonging, among other topics related to health and wellness.

Attendees can kick start their day with the menu’s variety of healthy food and beverage offerings, like The Energizer package, which includes chilled juices and fruit, yogurt parfaits and FORUM granola, breakfast burritos and vegan wraps. There is also a Healthy Choice Continental package that offers overnight oats, fresh fruit, assorted breakfast breads, juices and house-made infused waters. Organizers can also choose to have themed refreshments and mocktail beverage breaks with snacks and drinks.

Plated lunch offerings include soup or salad, an entrée and dessert served with artisan rolls, coffee and hot and iced tea selections. With five salad choices, three soup choices and 12 entrée offerings, organizers can curate a healthy, energizing meal to serve attendees. There are also offerings of a cold lunch buffet and themed buffets.

Caesars’ new Wellness Menu gives convention and meeting producers a plethora of healthy F&B options for attendees to delight and energize attendees.

The menu also has expansive offerings for hors d’oeuvres, and farmers market stations and displays for receptions, including made-to-order poke bowls, Mediterranean displays and Thai beef salad boxes. For plated dinners, event producers can pick between roasted free-range chicken, Manuka Honey roasted salmon and dill-pollen seared whitefish for entrées and a variety of soups and salads.

Organizers can do more than offer healthy food throughout their event to promote wellness with Caesars’ menu, though, as there is a plethora of wellness activities to utilize, such as guided classes for yoga, Tai Chi, outdoor hikes and organized walks/runs and challenges. The menu also includes wellness services like massages, scentscaping, and forms of animal therapy with goat yoga, a puppy lounge and petting zoo options.

As more event and trade show producers look for ways to include activities and opportunities for attendees to focus on health and wellness, Caesars is leading in offerings with its new, intentional menu.

Caesars Entertainment will also host a two-day event for Global Wellness Day from June 13-15, 2024, with programming featuring wellness speakers, educational sessions, hiking, meditation and yoga, rafting and more.
