ORLANDO — The Pizza Tomorrow Summit and the Florida Restaurant Show, held Nov. 11–13 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), drew nearly 5,000 pizzeria, restaurant and hospitality professionals, a 17% increase in attendance.
Exhibitor participation also tripled, underscoring the strong demand for their new three-day format.
Both events are produced by Restaurant Events LLC, a trade show management company serving the restaurant and foodservice community.
Across 600 booths, 300 exhibitors showcased new products, technologies and trends shaping the foodservice industry. With continuous exhibits, live demos, competitions and expert-led education, the co-located events served as a busy hub for networking, learning and business development.
Inside the Pizza Tomorrow Summit
Attendees represented more than 30 states and exhibitors showcased innovations ranging from dough and oven technology to POS systems and plant-based toppings.

“Expanding the Pizza Tomorrow Summit to three full days was a direct response to buyer demand for more time — more time to walk the floor, but also ensuring there was enough time to consume all of the content available, and have plenty of networking time to reconnect with peers and have meaningful conversations,” Glenn Celentano, President and CEO of Restaurant Events LLC, said. “The energy was incredible, from a packed exhibit hall to education sessions providing immediately actionable solutions and the always energetic and exciting U.S. Pizza Team Competitions. Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce new events and experiences as we celebrate our fifth anniversary in 2026.”
