ORLANDO — The Pizza Tomorrow Summit has reported high growth levels since its launch in 2022 and was recognized for its progress at the 2024 Trade Show Executive (TSE) Fastest 50 Awards & Summit, ranking on all three honoree lists (Net Square Feet of Exhibit Space, Exhibiting Companies and Total Attendance).
Organized by Restaurant Events, LLC., and co-located with the Florida Restaurant Show, the event has a sold-out show floor and a full educational program this year. In response to this strong demand, Restaurant Events announced that The Pizza Tomorrow Summit and the Florida Restaurant Show, which were previously held over two days, will expand to a three-day format in 2025.
“We’ve got so much content and so many vendors now that it’s just too much to get through in two days,” Glenn Celentano, Founder of The Pizza Tomorrow Summit, Founder and CEO of All-In Event Management, and Partner and CEO of Restaurant Events, LLC., said. “There’s so much to see and do, and not enough time to do it. We don’t want anyone to have to sit there and decide ‘what do I have time for and not have time for?’ … This show needs to be three days.”

Celentano believes that this expansion will be a launchpad for future growth, allowing the shows to host more exhibitors and offer more educational opportunities.
“We’re extremely excited to move to three days,” Celentano explained. “This is all based off of feedback from our customers, and when our customers tell us that two days is not enough, we react. It’s going to be exciting to see this event continue to grow in 2025.”
The Pizza Tomorrow Summit and the Florida Restaurant Show’s 2024 editions will be held Nov. 6-7 at the Orange County Convention Center.
In response to the area’s recent hurricane activity, proceeds from a silent auction at the Florida Restaurant Show will benefit the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s disaster relief fund.
