Sudesh Sharma is the new Director of Operations of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. In this new role, Sharma will oversee planning, implementing, monitoring and improving service delivery and ensuring that post-pandemic events are held in a safe, controlled manner. Sharma has over 30 years experience in operations management of business events, hospitality and food and beverage.
