New York, NY – Entertainment and event technology giant Production Resource Group (PRG) will extend its worldwide reach with the acquisition of Gearhouse LLC, a market leader in the Gulf Region.
The acquisition will become a critical hub in PRG’s worldwide network of 40 offices in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. PRG’s worldwide clients now will have access to a complete range of technical expertise and production resources when working in the United Arab Emirates and throughout the Gulf Region. Gearhouse will be rebranded as PRG Gearhouse after the acquisition is complete. The deal is expected to be finalized October 31.
