LAS VEGAS — The International Market Centers (IMC), which organizes trade shows for the wholesale furniture, gift, home decor and apparel industries, will be upping its game for the fourth annual Las Vegas Apparel being held at the Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas Feb. 12-15, 2023. This year the show will offer expanded sourcing resources and a full slate of events and buyer amenities to enhance the exhibitor and attendee experience.

Las Vegas Apparel will bring high energy and expanding resources to the start of the February 2023 Las Vegas Fashion Week, said Caron Stover, IMC Senior Vice President, Apparel. IMC is continuing to grow its West-Coast brands, buyers, events and amenities, making Las Vegas Apparel a cant-miss destination this February.

Attendees will be offered an increased roster of exhibitors to network with as pre-registrations are up significantly over 2022. “We are pacing to host over 150 lines across more than 75 companies. Exhibitors are bringing larger collections, and we are expecting to be up about 10% over last year,” said Stover. The increased number of exhibitors will be complemented by a full slate of events and buyer amenities on the trade show floor.

As an added benefit, Las Vegas Apparel buyers will have access to select World Market Center Las Vegas permanent showrooms open during Las Vegas Apparel. These suppliers of cross-category merchandise will offer additional lines including point-of-purchase resources such as candles, stationery, personal care items, décor and gifts.

To round out the market experience, attendees also will enjoy amenities and giveaways onsite at the Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. Exterior and lobby offerings will include branded photo ops with a morning DJ, and a gourmet coffee bar. Each day of the show will include a Las Vegas Apparel-branded giveaway, with items such as belt bags, customizable hair claw clips and custom embroidered t-shirts sponsored by Timing and Lumiere.

In addition, the show will include a Spring/Summer 2023 trend installation on the show floor, showcasing ways to style upcoming popular colors, patterns and more.

Show organizers will start the event off with a bang by leveraging the fact that the 2023 Super Bowl is on the opening day of the show. This is the second year in a row that the show dates have coincided with the Super Bowl, allowing attendees and exhibitors to network while attending the second-annual Las Vegas Apparel Watch Party for the big game on Feb. 12 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Party-goers will enjoy an exclusive VIP viewing deck, photo opportunities, an open bar, food options and more.

Industry associations and buying groups are keen to get back to markets for the Winter 2023 buying season, Dorothy Belshaw, IMC Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, said. As groups return after a pandemic-related hiatus, we are reimagining their presences at Atlanta Market and Las Vegas Market. Augmented meetings and gatherings are opportunities for these groups to interact with the greater buying and selling community.
