IAEE Updates White Paper on Safely Reopening ExhibitionsThe third edition of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events white paper, “Essential Considerations for Safely Reopening Exhibitions and Events,” offers up-to-date information trade show organizers need to know when planning and producing an exhibition during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Originally released in June 2020, the latest edition includes enhancements to show-related operational procedures, including exhibitor on-site ordering, labor operational processes, post event/move out, and registration build. The report also has updated information on COVID-19 testing options, legal considerations such as attendee and employee vaccines and testing mandates, and risk assessment tools. In addition, it includes additional resources from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Exhibitor Services and Contractors Association (ESCA).

The white paper is available for free download for IAEE members; cost to nonmembers is $49.
