DALLAS — The International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE) announced the launch of two new learning opportunities preceding the IAEE Leadership Institute that runs from June 26-27, 2025: the Organizer Insights Summit and the Half-Day Healthcare Forum, which are scheduled for June 25, 2025.
The Organizer Insights Summit will take place on the morning of June 25. After a shared lunch break that will allow attendees from both opportunities to make broader industry connections, IAEE will hold the Half-Day Healthcare Forum.
According to Marsha Flanagan, M.Ed., CEM, IAEE’s President and CEO, these sessions will include interactive discussions and valuable networking opportunities, and empower attendees with practical solutions that they can immediately implement in their roles.

“The launch of these events was driven by IAEE’s commitment to providing targeted, high-value education for event organizers,” Flanagan said. “We recognized a growing need for deeper discussions around key industry challenges, particularly in healthcare exhibitions and overall show management … These new offerings reflect IAEE’s ongoing efforts to expand learning opportunities, strengthen industry communities and deliver relevant, solutions-focused education.”
The Organizer Insights Summit will serve professionals who organize exhibitions under 199,000 net square feet and provide specialized content centered around actionable strategies in a focused, tight-knit setting. Its partners are Discover Puerto Rico and fern, an Nth Degree company.
“The Organizer Insights Summit was created to offer a collaborative, intimate environment where organizers who plan smaller to mid-sized shows can engage in meaningful dialogue and problem-solving,” Flanagan explained. “The intimate format is essential to fostering honest, candid discussions among event organizers who produce small-to-mid-size shows.
“By keeping attendance limited, we ensure that participants can engage deeply, share challenges openly and receive personalized insights from both peers and industry experts. This collaborative environment encourages problem-solving and the exchange of best practices in a way that larger conferences often cannot provide.”
The Healthcare Forum will supply targeted insights to address the unique challenges that healthcare event organizers face. Its Title Sponsor is New Orleans and Company.
“These programs complement the IAEE Leadership Institute by offering specialized, in-depth learning opportunities that target specific challenges within the industry,” Flanagan said. “While the Leadership Institute provides a broader leadership development framework, the Organizer Insights Summit and Healthcare Forum offer more granular, problem-solving discussions in niche areas. By participating in these events, attendees gain practical expertise that they can then apply within the larger leadership strategies developed at the IAEE Leadership Institute.
“IAEE is deeply committed to evolving alongside the industry and delivering high-impact educational experiences. These new events are just the beginning — we plan to continue exploring innovative ways to support event professionals with tailored content, peer-driven learning and valuable industry connections. We encourage organizers to participate and help shape the future of these forums by sharing their challenges, ideas and insights with us.”
