Howe To Run a Safety Show

Itasca, IL – The National Safety Council announced that Karen Howe joined its management team as Executive Director, Conventions & Meetings, on August 23. Howe will hit the ground running — the association’s 92^nd Annual Congress and Expo is right around the corner. It is set for September 10-17 at the Ernest Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. The show will feature over 750 exhibiting companies and more than 200 educational sessions, with attendance projected to surpass 16,000 visitors. Previously, Howe was President, USA, for AR Systems, based in Toronto, ON, and VP of Expositions for Advanstar Communications in New York.
