Finalists for the Gold 100 Awards Announced

Chicago — The Gold 100 Awards & Summit is next week (September 27-29) at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay in Northern California. The Gold 100 draws from the top ranks of CEOs, presidents, show managers and organizers from every show sector and from a global audience that has come to regard this event as a highlight of each autumn. Attendees include leaders from the Gold 100 and Fastest 50 shows as well as the movers and shakers from throughout the global trade show industry.

At the Gold 100, attendees will find a packed schedule of educational sessions, networking events and of course the highly anticipated award ceremony that salutes the leaders of the largest trade shows in the U.S. for their accomplishments. In case you haven’t yet registered to attend, please take a peek at the list of finalists below who are in contention for awards in 13 categories plus the show-topper: the “The Greatest Trade Show of 2016.” You won’t want to miss it!

Categories include: Best Turnaround, Best Program to Help Exhibitors Maximize Their ROI, Most Extreme Results from Social Media, Best 24/7/365 Show Brand; Best Use of Technology, Best Mobile App, the best Super Sticky Show Floor, the Show with the Most Commendable Green Initiatives, the Best VIP Program, the Slam Dunk Award for the Best New Idea, the Marketing Genius Award, the Do-Gooder Award and the Greatest Corporate Event of 2016.

All of that will be capped with the announcement of The Greatest Trade Show of 2016, whose finalists include the National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show, the International Woodworking Fair and The NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchants)

Among all the finalists, nine shows: CES, Cosmoprof, Dreamforce, E3, International Woodworking Fair, NAMM, National Hardware Show, Waste Expo, and OR Manager Conference are in contention for more than one award. In addition, the International Security Conference is a finalist for both its East Coast and West Coast shows, as is Natural Products Expo.
