Gainesville, Fla.— Event personalization specialist Feathr has updated its “DaVinci” platform to embed personalization features for customers before, during and after events. The “DaVinci” platform—named for the artist’s pursuit of unique works of art—enables users to personalize customer interaction beyond the more-traditional attendee-acquisition model. The DaVinci model also includes the ability to personalize relevant content, connect exhibitors and sponsors with attendees, and suggest sessions relevant to attendees’ interests. It also enables users to suggest other potential contacts for networking purposes.
Inspired by reports of declining responses to generic and mass digital marketing, Feathr’s DaVinci system aspires to equip event organizers with the tools that help them reach potential attendees via an easy user interface using click and drag-and-drop options.
Feathr President Aidan Augustin said the upgrade allows existing customers to switch over now or later to avoid creating extra work for clients with events already in the works. He said the company did a beta-test with some clients before scheduling the official launch.
In a release about the update, Augustin said his hope is that it will “lay the foundation for Feathr’s ongoing journey to change the way events are designed, experienced and ultimately monetized.”
