Chicago – The December 16 deadline to nominate shows for the Trade Show Executive (TSE) Fastest 50 is looming. Get your entry forms in as soon as possible because the clock is ticking.
The staff at TSE will be checking their list twice through the holidays and compiling the roster of shows that will be honored at this Spring’s Fastest 50 Awards & Summit.
The Fastest 50 annually honors the exhibitions that posted the most-impressive growth rates during the previous year in exhibit space, attendance and number of exhibitors. While the deciding metrics are generally culled from TSE’s monthly Dashboard feature, shows that meet the Fastest 50 criteria but were not featured in the Dashboard for whatever reason are still eligible for consideration.
“The Fastest 50 includes shows from all industry sectors and in a full range of sizes,” said TSE Manager of Directories Carri Jensen. “By opening the nomination window, we can uncover some hidden gems that are setting the pace for the overall industry’s growth.”
To have your show considered for the Fastest 50, access the official entry form at www.tradeshowexecutive.com/events/fastest50/entry-form.htm. Submit the completed form to cjensen@tradeshowexecutive.com or via fax it to (877) 483-8912 by Friday, December 16.
Each year, the Fastest 50 singles out the shows with the highest percentage increases in exhibit space, exhibitors and attendees. Jensen said shows that experienced growth rates around 3% or higher in 2016 should submit an entry. Those that do not crack the Fastest 50 will still be considered for the TSE Next 50, which includes shows that are hot on the heels of the top 50.
The top shows in each metric category will be honorees at the annual TSE Fastest 50 Awards & Summit. Past gatherings in Orlando, Chicago and Las Vegas were well attended.
