CHICAGO — Trade shows are back and so are we! The clock is ticking for trade show organizers and event management to nominate their events for the next class of the Trade Show Executive (TSE) Gold 100 which will recognize the largest trade shows held in the U.S. in 2021.

The entry period is set to close May 26, 2022.

Association and independent trade show organizers have until the clock strikes midnight to enter their 2021 show metrics for consideration. The Gold 100 winners will be honored guests at the 2022 TSE Gold 100 Awards & Summit Sept. 21-23 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, Calif.

Submitting a Gold 100 entry for consideration for this prestigious ranking is easy. Entry forms have already been delivered to event organizers of the 2021 shows with the stats most likely to earn a spot on the Gold 100. Trade show winners will be determined based on the size of their exhibit floors in net square feet (nsf).

The Gold 100 is open to trade shows held in person in the U.S. in 2021. We especially encourage shows with 75,000 nsf or more to submit an entry.

The entries will be tabulated soon after the deadline. The event management teams will then be notified by Trade Show Executive so they can begin making their travel plans for the stunning American Riviera in Santa Barbara to attend the celebratory event in September.

The 2022 TSE Gold 100 Awards & Summit will be a reunion. We are identifying ways to celebrate, recognize the trade show industry’s accomplishments and put some jet fuel in our engines for our industry’s full return. Attendees will experience our award-winning content brought to life at the executive summit as our TSE editors and partners pull trending ideas from the magazine and industry-wide to bring them to the TSE stage. The event will culminate with the traditional Gold 100 Gala saluting the trade shows that set the Gold Standard and spotlighting the exceptional shows that take home the coveted Gold 100 Grand Awards. Keep watching the TSE website (www.tradeshowexecutive.com) for further award announcements.

Earning a spot on the Gold 100 ranking list is the best way for show managers to have their achievements recognized. Now, the next step toward your hard-earned recognition is taking a minute to fill out your entry form. Click here to complete your entry.

In addition, while TSE will not be compiling full Fastest 50 lists this year, we want to know about the shows that grew considerably in 2020 and 2021. If your trade show grew by double-digits in 2020 or 2021 in nsf, number of exhibiting companies, and/or attendance, complete this form to share your success!
