HIL ANDERSON, SENIOR EDITOR

Portland, ME – Diversified Communications reconfigured its executive ranks into two teams overseeing operations in the U.S. and overseas. The move will bolster Diversified’s management and strategic planning of its international ventures while ensuring that the core U.S. market continues to thrive, said President & CEO Ted Wirth.

Diversified has grown its revenues 35% over the past three years and added 50 positions in the U.S. alone. The company now has more than 800 employees based in 14 offices in seven nations, including its headquarters in Portland, ME. The company produces more than 100 trade shows and conferences annually.

The new Corporate Team will support Diversified’s seven divisions and two television stations, working with the leadership of each business unit. The team includes Oakley Dyer, corporate vice president – strategy & corporate development; Janice Rogers, corporate vice president – human resources; Anthony Martin, VP – business operations; and Kathy Willing, CFO. Willing will replace Paul Clancy, who retires as executive vice president and CFO at the end of the year.

The Diversified Communications U.S. division will be led by Executive Vice Presidents Mary Larkin, Mark Lodato and Bill Springer; Senior Vice President Vicki Hennin; and newly appointed vice presidents Liz Plizga, Bob Callahan, Joann Leonard, RD Whitney and Eric Wagner.
