Lake Buena Vista, FL – Exhibitors who exhibit at any trade show held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort can take advantage of Disney’s world-renowned creative services including event management, audio visual, food & beverage, photography and floral – for free. Disney’s Exhibitor Concierge Service is timed to support the new exhibit hall at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort which will open this spring with an additional 86,000 square feet of exhibit space.The resort presently offers 95,000 square feet of exhibit space.
A dedicated Exhibitor Concierge team will work directly with exhibitors. In addition to exhibit support services, the program will provide access to special theme park tickets, private events, and entertainment at the various Walt Disney World resorts, attractions and restaurants. The scope of services ranges from private client dinners to large-scale private events in the Disney Theme Parks.
