SHANGHAI, China – The automotive industry is gearing up for the 18th edition of Automechanika Shanghai, to be held Nov. 29 to Dec. 2 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and the China National Machinery Industry International Co Ltd (Sinomachint), the show this fall will mark the first time since 2019 that global buyers and suppliers can meet in-person in Shanghai.
As China makes its mark as a hub for new energy vehicle solutions and next-generation technologies, the show will include an Innovation4Mobility Showcase to spotlight the global shift toward sustainability and reinforce areas of the supply chain that are evolving. The March 2023 Automechanika Shanghai – Shenzhen Edition edition of the show also featured an Innovation4Mobility Showcase.
Following the success of Automechanika Shanghai – Shenzhen, Fiona Chiew, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, said, “The Innovation4Mobility Showcase was a triumph as it offered a wider perspective on new mobility solutions, market trends and policy updates. Showcases and discussions also echoed the focus on next-generation technologies from exhibitors across the show floor. For the show’s return up north in November, we will further build upon the concept to act as a window into tomorrow’s industry.”
