Trevose, PA – The ASI Shows held in New York and Anaheim will be revamped and re-launched next year under the Engage brand, show organizers announced.
Engage West will take place March 14-16 at the Anaheim Marriott followed by Engage East at the Marriott Marquis in New York on May 9-11. The traditional ASI Shows in Chicago, Dallas and Orlando will continue with their current traditional trade show format.
The new Engage format is described by ASI as a hybrid of its national trade shows, hosted-buyer events and regional Roadshow tour. It features two days of meetings between 75 suppliers and 200 invited distributors who each sell a minimum of $300,000 worth of promotional products annually. The third day will feature a half-day of exhibits and educational workshops. The exhibit hall will include all of the distributors; buyers will be escorted while on the floor.
Engage will also provide meals and a networking reception. Hospitality suites will allow suppliers to host visitors during the evening hours.
Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, vice president and general manager of ASI Shows, said Engage added another dimension to the portfolio of events produced by the Advertising Specialty Institute. “The new Engage events draw from the best of all of our shows while offering more personal opportunities to meet and do business together,” she said.
