Larkin joins Arc from Diversified Communications where she served as President of Diversified Communications’ U.S. Operating Division for the past several years. Larkin began her career with Diversified and worked her way up through the ranks during her tenure. Larkin, an active member of the trade show community, has held various association board positions including with the Exhibitions and Conferences Alliance, and is currently serving as the Immediate Past President of UFI and Chair of the Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO).

“After such a long time, and many incredible experiences at Diversified Communications, it was a difficult decision to move on to something new,” Larkin said. “I am exceedingly proud of what we’ve accomplished and of everyone on the team. However, seeing what Simon and the team at Arc are building, I was so excited by the potential that I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I cannot wait to start getting to know everyone and their brands and working together to continue to grow the business.”
Larkin, with more than 25 years of experience in the events and media industry, is a strong supporter of industry initiatives promoting women in the events industry, increasing DEI and sustainability.
