Las Vegas, NV – The Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show and Conference (SHOT Show), currently running at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, has already posted growth over last year’s event. The attendance on the first two days of the show – 30,927, excluding exhibitor personnel – has surpassed 2009’s four-day total of 24,629, according to Dennis MacDonald, senior vice president with Reed Exhibitions. In addition, at 700,000 net square feet, the show broke the record at Sands, becoming the venue’s largest event ever held.

The SHOT Show draws professionals from the shooting sports and hunting industries; exhibitor wares include firearms, ammunition, archery, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics, camping and related products and services. The event is owned and sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF); Reed Exhibitions manages and produces it.
