Oceanside, CA – The selection process for Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 awards is entering the home stretch. “TSE is finalizingthe rankings of the fastest-growing shows of 2011, however, trade show organizers still have until February 10 to nominate their events for this prestigious award,” said Carri Jensen, TSE’s manager of directories. Service contractors, registration firms and venues are also encouraged to recommend their clients or alert TSE to fast-growing shows. “Trade shows that have grown at least 8% in net square feet, exhibiting companies and/or attendance have a good chance of winning, based on those who have submitted verified metrics to date,” Jensen said.
TSE’s Fastest 50 will honor the U.S. shows that grew the most from 2010 to 2011, whether annual, biennial or triennial. This year, TSE has expanded the Fastest 50 dramatically to not only recognize the fastest-growing shows in net square feet but also the growth leaders in number of exhibiting companies and number of attendees.
A special TSE supplement in April will spotlight the 50 winners in each of the three categories and will feature detailed information on each show. In addition, the organizer for each show will receive a plaque, a press release, and a Fastest 50 logo for use on the show’s website and promotional pieces.
An official Fastest 50 show entry form is available online via TSE’s website at www.TradeShowExecutive.com. Shows that have already submitted 2011 post-show statistics for the TSE Dashboard report are automatically considered for the Fastest 50.
