Atlanta, GA – Shepard Exposition Services has acquired U-Neek Exposition Services, a general service contractor whose roots go back nearly 50 years, announced Carl Mitchell, Shepard President and CEO. With the acquisition, Shepard now has an operations center in the Washington, DC-Baltimore area along with its sales office there. “With the purchase of U-Neek, we are able to enhance our service to that market through an established company with strong local ties,” he said. Baltimore-based U-Neek will operate under the Shepard name and will be headed by Shepard Regional Vice President Richard Delarber.
