Carlsbad, CA – Due to a growth of 84 percent in 2005, Trade Show Executive magazine has expanded into new offices, two miles away, at 2121 Palomar Airport Rd., Suite 210, Carlsbad, CA 92011-1422, effective June 5th.
Two new staff members will be based out of Trade Show Executive’s Carlsbad headquarters office. Hil Anderson joined TSE as senior editor and will be responsible for news and feature articles in TSE magazine, its directories and E-Clips Breaking News®. Anderson replaces senior editor Lisa Sinicki who remains with TSE as a contributing editor. Anderson has over 20 years experience as a news writer and editor. He joined United Press International (UPI) in San Diego as its news reporter/bureau manager; moved up to international desk supervisor in Washington, DC; and then was promoted to West Coast News Editor in Los Angeles. Prior to UPI, Anderson was editor of Platt’s Oilgram News, published by Standard & Poor’s, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, where he wrote and edited articles for a daily newsletter and subscription wire service. Sara Taylor joined TSE as marketing manager, a new position, where she will be responsible for all marketing, exhibiting, advertising and event management for Trade Show Executive, Inc. Taylor has over 15 years of marketing and event management experience in Solana Beach, CA (San Diego). She was marketing manager for Belly Up Events, where she directed the special events division of a large music/entertainment venue. Prior to that, she was project manager for TCA Creative Services. She also worked with Competitor Publishing and Brand X Graphic Design. Taylor has a B.A. in journalism from the University of Arizona.
