Managing Partner Tom Rivera has been a leading figure in the Illinois hospitality industry for nearly four decades. He was the CEO of the Greater Woodfield (IL) Convention & Visitors Bureau, which is one of the nation’s largest suburban convention bureaus and  Vice Chair, Government Relations,  for Visit Illinois. He was instrumental in the building of the recently opened Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center and was the first person elected to the new Illinois Tourism Hall of Fame.

Darlene Gudea has two decades of experience in the publishing and exposition industries.
