Trade Show Executive Announces the Fastest 50 List of Growth Leaders in 2010

HIL ANDERSON, SENIOR EDITOR

Oceanside, CA – The numbers have been crunched and the inaugural class of the Trade Show Executive (TSE) Fastest 50 has been finalized and posted on TSE’s Fastest 50 web site at www.tradeshowexecutive.com/fastest50/honorees.asp

In order to maintain the element of suspense and surprise, the winners are listed only in alphabetical order.  The ranking order of growth will be announced and the winners saluted March 9-11 at the TSE Fastest 50 Awards & Summit at The Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, FL.

The 2011 honorees include some familiar names that have continued to expand despite a tough economy, and some newcomers that have hit their stride early. The winners include a balanced distribution of small, medium and large shows. Of the 50 fastest-growing shows:
– 17 shows span less than 50,000 net square feet (nsf);
– 19 are mid-sized events with exhibit space between 50,000 and 250,000 nsf; and
– 12 boast more than 250,000 nsf.

The shows are held in 22 different U.S. cities and represent 18 different industry segments. Show managements include not-for-profit associations/medical societies as well as independent for-profit companies.

The managers of the Fastest 50 shows will be joined in Orlando by other leading organizers from around the world.
