BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — THM Media™ , a leader in home improvement marketing and media, has acquired Naylor Exchange Events, expanding its footprint in the construction and home improvement event space.

The events platform will now operate under its new name — TheHomeMag Exchange — and THM Media plans to host at least six annual events across the U.S. in key markets under the new brand.

Premium, Invitation-Only Events for Builders and Suppliers

TheHomeMag Exchange is a curated series of invitation-only events tailored to the multifamily and single-family construction industries. Each event hosts up to 40 builders and developers for pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings with suppliers at upscale resorts. Originally developed by Naylor’s Global Exchange Events division, the series is known for driving high-impact networking, strategic partnerships, and real business results.

“With this acquisition, we’re not only continuing the success of a well-established event series — we’re elevating it. TheHomeMag Exchange will serve as a dynamic space where builders, top-tier vendors like Moen and Plastpro, and solution partners can build relationships, share insights, and find new growth opportunities in a rapidly changing market,” Thomas M. Bohn, President and Chief Operating Officer of THM Media, stated.

A Growth Strategy Rooted in Experience

THM Media now operates in 70 markets across 30 states and has made strategic acquisitions central to its growth. The addition of Naylor Exchange Events reflects its broader commitment to delivering both digital and in-person platforms that serve professionals in the home improvement and construction industries.

The first official event under the new brand will take place Sept. 16–18, 2025, at Loews Ventana Canyon in Tucson, Arizona. Additional events are scheduled for Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, Phoenix, Oct. 13–15, 2025; and Four Seasons, New Orleans, Nov. 10–12, 2025.

A Shift Toward Targeted, High-Value Events

While major trade shows like World of Concrete and CONEXPO-CON/AGG still draw large crowds, the construction industry is increasingly turning to more intimate, results-driven formats. TheHomeMag Exchange responds to that shift, offering premium networking environments that prioritize quality over quantity.

This acquisition underscores a broader trend in B2B marketing: the move toward experience-driven, relationship-first engagement.
