CHICAGO — RX Global, one of the world’s leading events companies and trade show organizers, was recognized for having one of the best global company cultures and marketing teams by the 2023 Comparably Awards.
RX was ranked No. 10 for Best Global Culture, a significant jump from the company’s No. 31 ranking in 2022 and rose from No. 23 in 2022 to No. 16 in 2023 for Best Marketing Teams.
According to Comparably, RX is in the top 15% of companies of a similar size for its Gender Score and the top 5% for its Diversity Score. Women and diverse employees have rated Leadership, Executive Team and Team as the highest categories they’ve scored. RX also has a 4.7/5 Culture Rating on the platform.
Comparably is a platform that focuses on current employee reviews and feedback, and the Global Culture Awards are based on feedback from Feb. 27, 2022, through Feb. 27, 2023. The annual lists highlight the highest-rated workplace cultures and teams of companies of more than 500 employees with an international presence.

Employees anonymously rate their employers, and the awards are measured by nearly 20 metrics, which include work-life balance, perks and benefits, compensation, career growth, leadership and coworkers among others.

RX produced eight shows that made the TSE Gold 100 Class of 2021, eight shows on this year’s Fastest 50 list and four on the Next 50 list. Altogether, RX has 10 total shows ranked in both the Fastest 50 and Next 50, as some shows ranked on both lists. The organizer also produces iconic shows including the PGA Show and the National Hardware Show.
