Joe Kelley was named interim CEO of the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA) when Ellen Oppenheim resigned after five years in the position. Kelley has been with the RSCVA for 13 years and is currently vice president of facilities overseeing management of the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. He was previously assistant director of events for the City of Forth Worth, TX.
