LAS VEGAS — PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 is expected to welcome 35,000 attendees to what organizers expect to be the largest edition of the show to date.
Attendees will have access to more than 2,300 exhibitors offering solutions for the packaging and processing industry, incorporating more than 40 vertical markets across one million net square feet of exhibit space at the Las Vegas Convention Center Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2025.
“What makes PACK EXPO Las Vegas special is the energy — you get to see innovation in action, ask questions and walk away with ideas you can use right away,” Laura Thompson, Vice President, Trade Shows, at PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, said.
There will be over 100 educational sessions featured on seven stages, right on the show floor, making it easy for attendees to drop by and gain quick, valuable insights from industry experts and thought leaders.
The stages include:

Sustainability Central
Presented by Packaging World and sponsored by Dow, Sustainability Central will feature energy-filled presentations on how to redefine packaging sustainability, from supply chain circularity to energy-lean machinery, materials innovation and compliance roadmaps.
Innovation Stage
This stage spotlights fast-paced, 30-minute talks on every major shift in the industry, from AI to best practices to real-world case studies. Taking place on three stages, attendees are sure to find a topic of interest.
Processing Innovation Stage
A stage focused on food and beverage processing leaders, these sessions share cutting-edge operational strategies, advanced machinery insights and AI/robotics in motion.
Industry Speaks
Attendees can hear from PACK EXPO Las Vegas partner association thought leaders, offering vertical-specific outlooks and timely strategies for sectors like healthcare, logistics or CPG.
Reusable Packaging Learning Center
Sponsored by the Reusable Packaging Association, this stage will offer hands-on learning and real applications in reusable packaging systems and supply chain intelligence.
This year, two new show floor tours are being featured: the PACK EXPO Discovery Tours and the PACK EXPO Sustainability Tours, designed to help brands quickly identify emerging technologies and innovative suppliers that can transform their operations. These guided experiences offer a focused, efficient way to navigate the expansive show floor, and the response has been positive.
The PACK EXPO Las Vegas show floor is divided into six pavilions where attendees can narrow-in and find solutions to their manufacturing challenges. The six pavilions include:

- Containers and Materials Pavilion: Get hands-on with groundbreaking innovations in paperboard, glass, metal, flexible and resealable solutions designed to captivate consumers and boost sustainability.
- Confectionery Pavilion: Observe the latest technology in action — from high-tech aeration and batch refining to innovative shaping and cluster production. Explore the science behind the latest candy-making trends. Sponsored by the National Confectioners Association.
- Reusable Packaging Pavilion: Sponsored by the Reusable Packaging Association, discover reusable packaging solutions that reduce waste, drive down costs and supercharge supply chain efficiency — all while supporting the planet.

The show also offers numerous networking events.

Networking and Special Events
PACK EXPO Las Vegas offers numerous networking events designed to connect professionals across various sectors. These events provide opportunities to exchange ideas, discuss challenges and build relationships leading to future collaborations and business growth.
An opportunity combining education, collaboration and networking is Vision 2030, an immersive, problem-solving forum. Four sessions are offered on Knowledge Transfer, Cybersecurity, Operator Training and Automation.
