Edison, NJ – FSI completed its acquisition of the New Jersey Home Show, billed as the largest such consumer event in the metropolitan New York City area, from Good Living Expositions. The event is held at the New Jersey Convention Center in Edison and draws more than 30,000 attendees annually.

The show hosts about 500 exhibitors in a convention center with 155,207 square feet of prime exhibit space, according to Trade Show Executive’s World Top Convention Centers. It also has a major sponsor in Public Service Electric and Gas Company, New Jersey’s largest gas-and-electric utility.

FSI President Eric Udler said the show was on solid footing and immediate plans called for greater use of digital marketing, social media and attendee data-mining. “The show is poised for growth, he said. FSI also organizes Super Pet Expo in the Edison venue. Terms of the deal were not announced.
