Stamford, CT – Centerplate, Inc. announced today that Myles McGrane will join the company on January 2nd as corporate vice president – facility design and management. McGrane was senior vice president and general manager of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York since April 1995.
Previously, McGrane served as a director of operations for the Ogden Corporation and as director of plant operations for NBC.

Centerplate provides catering, concessions, merchandise and facilities management services for sports facilities, convention centers and other entertainment venues.
