Orlando, FL – Metropolitan Exposition Services says it will begin offering housing services through the Orlando firm Fan Experiences.
New Jersey-based Metro Expo announced a partnership agreement with Fan Experiences that will include an array of housing services. Metro Expo has been a general service contractor for the trade show industry since 2001. The company is also an organizer of shows. Its Outdoor Sports Group produces seven consumer shows including the Chicago Outdoor Sports Show, the Chicagoland Gun Show and the Comic Com Show in Long Beach.
“We are excited to add a housing component to our portfolio,” said Gina Calderon, general manager of Metro Expo. “We are especially thrilled to be working with such a respected trendsetter as Fan Experiences.”
Fan Experiences was launched in 2010 and specializes in putting together housing packages for high-demand sporting events, including the NCAA Final Four basketball finals and The Super Bowl.
Calderon called the move part of Metro Expo’s “plan of strategic diversification.” The company says it has a 95% client retention rate and has grown from a small New York-based business to an international company servicing North America with complementary offerings in transportation, A/V and now housing.
