Raise Summit main stage

CHICAGO — Hyve Group continues its buying spree in 2026 with the acquisition of RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week (formerly Paris Blockchain Week).

RAISE Summit serves the AI industry, while MACHINA Summit is dedicated to physical AI and robotics and Signal Week is a flagship event for the blockchain and crypto industries. The three European events were founded by Michael Amar, Charlie Meraud, Henri Delahaye and Hadrien de Cournon.

“RAISE Summit, Machina Summit and Signal Week are category-defining brands built by exceptional founders who understand where their industries were heading before most others. Michael, Charlie, Henri and Hadrien have created communities with extraordinary reach, influence and momentum, and we’re excited to welcome them to Hyve,” stated Hyve CEO Mark Shashoua.

The move helps to establish Hyve’s new AI SuperVertical and strengthen the organizer’s position in the fintech industry.

“AI is entering a new phase of maturity, where innovation is increasingly shaped by collaboration between founders, enterprises, investors and policymakers. That makes this an incredible exciting space to step into, and we’re looking forward to helping these ecosystems continue to grow and thrive,” stated Shashoua. “Meanwhile, we’re also excited to strengthen our Fintech portfolio, adding to our existing Fintech Meetup US and Europe events with specialist crypto and blockchain expertise.”

Hyve also sees the opportunity for international expansion of the events through its geo-cloning best practices, and the inclusion of technology-enabled meetings and Table Talks to help enhance the customer experience.

Hyve is the Home for Founder-Led Businesses

The acquisition also reflects Hyve’s ambition to be the home for founder-led businesses and entrepreneurs.

In Trade Show Executive’s January 2026 edition, Mark Shashoua told TSE: “One of our strengths [at Hyve] is being the home for this type of entrepreneurial spirit, not just the entrepreneur, but also for these vibrant, relatively young events that are growing at a very fast pace. … I understand, and we as a company understand, what makes entrepreneurs tick. I think entrepreneurs trust our track record, and they know when they’re selling their events that it’s going to the right place because the vast majority of entrepreneurs genuinely care about their communities and their people.”

All of the founders will stay on to lead the events and provide expertise that will benefit Hyve overall, while the organizer will provide the growth strategy needed to help the founders realize their long-term goals.

“I’ve always believed you need to be in an industry before you organize it. That’s how we built our events: by understanding what these communities needed and creating the place where the people shaping them could come together. Joining Hyve marks an exciting new chapter,” stated Michael Amar, Chairman of RAISE Summit and Signal Week. “Their world-class team, proven growth strategy and deep expertise in building market-leading event brands make them the ideal partner to help us strengthen our events, serve our communities event better and realize our long-term ambition.”
