It took Janet Dell less than two years to move from Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer to a top slot as President and COO of live event and brand experience producer Freeman. Her promotion, effective upon the retirement of COO Albert Chew on October 31, entails overseeing strategy, creative, design, business development, customer experience, event management, supply chain, and logistics for the company’s global business operations.
