Cleveland, OH – Jim Buckley, former show manager for the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show), joined the International Exposition (I-X) Center team this month as vice president of sales.
Buckley spent 17 years with Reed Exhibitions and was a vice president and manager of the SHOT Show when he left the company in 2008. The 2008 SHOT Show was No. 21 in the 2009 Trade Show Executive Gold 100 rankings, with 714,818 net square feet of exhibit space.
In his new role, Buckley will seek out new trade shows and other events for the I-X Center. The Cleveland facility has 1,050,000 square feet of prime exhibit space and is No. 8 on the TSE World’s Top Convention Centers list.
