Gainesville, Fla.—Feathr, the event marketing-cloud company, won the 2016 UFI Technology Award, which was presented at UFI’s 83rd Global Congress.
Feathr helps organizers make the most of digital marketing—particularly online advertising—to boost attendance and engagement and open new sources of revenue.
Using features such as web analytics, email mapping and lookalike modeling, Feathr looks for relevant new audiences, and can then target the right people with the right ads at the right time to bring them to an event website to complete their registration.
“We are incredibly honoured to be recognized by UFI as their 2016 Technology Award winner,” said Aiden Augustin, President of Feathr.
He cofounded the company in 2012 with Alexander Levental, making mobile apps for events.
“As people spend more time online, exhibitions are uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between digital and in-person engagement. Our goal at Feathr is to help organizers and their exhibitors capitalize on this opportunity,” Augustin said.
