After working together for two years, Feathr and Trade Show Ready made their partnership formal this week.
Feathr, a technology that makes it easy to generate a personalized digital media kit for each exhibitor, and Trade Show Ready, a team that specializes in engaging exhibitors, already share many clients. Among them are Sweets & Snacks Expo, OR Manager Conference and Coverings.
When the two companies deploy their services together, there is, on average, a 30% increase in registrations.
“Feathr tracks exactly how much new site traffic, and ultimately, how many registrations can be attributed back to each individual exhibitor, which allows for contests or incentives. The same process works for getting conference speakers or media partners involved in co-promotion,” said Feathr President and co-founder Aidan Augustin.
Exhibitors get the technology from Feathr, and the in-person follow-up and tutoring from the Trade Show Ready staff, to help them use Feathr most efficiently.
“When the exhibitor has the technology and gets the help to walk them through it, it results in a much higher registration rate,” said Nick McCallion, Trade Show Ready’s newly appointed CEO.
Many trade show organizers rely on exhibitor co-promotion as a top source of attendee acquisition. But designing and distributing the collateral takes precious bandwidth. Getting exhibitors to actually engage and share can be even more difficult.
“The purpose of this is really to say, ‘Feathr is a great tool, and you can make it even better when the exhibitor has that handholding through the process,’” McCallion said.
