CHICAGO — Trade Show Executive (TSE) is accepting entries for its Gold 100 and Fastest 50 programs, with both programs having a deadline of Dec. 31, 2024.
If you have submitted 2024 show data for the TSE quarterly dashboard, then the TSE Research team will confirm that data with you to be considered for the Gold 100 and Fastest 50.
The Gold 100 recognizes the 100 largest trade shows in the U.S. by net square feet of paid exhibit space.
The 100 shows that are ranked on the Gold 100 will be invited to the annual TSE Gold 100 Awards & Summit, taking place Oct. 14-17, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage in Palm Springs, Calif.

- The trade show must have taken place in person within the United States in 2024.
- Only trade shows are considered.
- Winners will be selected based on net square feet of paid exhibit space in 2024.
- Only temporary space will be considered.
- Traditional booth space considered for the Gold 100 includes 10’x10′ standard booths or larger.
- Floor plans may be requested.
- Trade Show Executive reserves the right to determine qualified booth space.
- A senior-level executive of the show management company or association official must sign supporting documents to certify show metrics.

The Fastest 50 recognizes the 50 fastest-growing U.S.-based shows in the categories of net square feet of paid exhibit space, number of exhibiting companies and number of attendees.
Those shows that rank on the Fastest 50 in any of the three categories will be invited to the 2025 TSE Fastest 50 Awards & Summit, taking place April 30-May 2 in Orlando. The event will also recognize the Next 50 — the shows that were just on the heels of the fastest-growing ones.
Trade Show Executive Fastest 50 Qualification Guidelines and Criteria
- The trade show must have taken place in person within the United States in 2024.
- Only trade shows are considered.
- 50 winners will be selected based on percentage of growth in each of the following categories: net square feet of paid exhibit space, number of exhibiting companies, and number of attendees.
- Annual shows will be evaluated on percentage of growth from 2023 to 2024. If the show did not take place in person in 2023, the show will be evaluated on percentage of growth from the last in-person edition to 2024.
- Biennial shows must have taken place in 2024, and will be evaluated on percentage of growth since the last show edition (2022). If the show did not take place in 2022, the show will be evaluated on percentage of growth from the last in-person edition to 2024.
- Triennial shows must have taken place in 2024 and will be evaluated on percentage of growth since the last show edition (2021). If the show did not take place in 2021, the show will be evaluated on percentage of growth from the last in-person edition to 2024.
- Quadrennial shows must have taken place in 2024 and will be evaluated on percentage of growth since the last show edition (2020). If the show did not take place in 2020, the show will be evaluated on percentage of growth from the last in-person edition to 2024.
- Show must have a minimum of 15,000 net square feet of paid exhibit space for both years under review.
- If co-located shows are submitted as one show, the co-location must have existed for both years under review. Shows that are not co-located for both years must submit statistics without the co-located space.
- Only temporary space will be considered.
- Traditional booth space considered for the Fastest 50 includes 10’x10′ standard booths or larger.
- Floor plans may be requested.
- Trade Show Executive reserves the right to determine qualified booth space.
- A senior-level executive of the show management company or association official must sign supporting documents to certify show metrics.
