New York, NY – ENK International has agreed to acquire WSA Global Holdings LLC in a deal linking two major show organizers in the fashion industry.
WSA CEO Skip Farber and COO Diane Stone will remain as the executive team of WSA, which produces the semi-annual WSA Show in Las Vegas. Both shows span over one million net square feet of exhibit space. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
Elyse Kroll, chairman of New York-based ENK, said the acquisition of WSA would both add a solid brand to the ENK portfolio and position the company for future expansion. “We believe the integration of the talented management teams at ENK and WSA will allow the company to take advantage of the many growth opportunities we see in our future,” she said.
