CHICAGO — Cvent, a leading events, meetings and hospitality technology provider, acquired Jifflenow and iCapture. The acquisitions expand Cvent’s Events Marketing and Management platform and its offerings of solutions for organizers.
Cvent reports that the acquisitions will maximize the impact of trade shows by facilitating appointments and meetings with the highest-value prospects, better qualify and convert leads and increase the number of event leads.
Jifflenow makes B2B meeting scheduling automated, helping to set up one-to-one and one-to-many meetings during events. The company’s meeting automation products help marketing and sales teams to schedule meaningful engagements with qualified leads at events, and by providing meeting and session data, help organizers to determine the direct impact they have on revenue. Jifflenow also helps to eliminate time-zone errors, provide key performance indicators and automates inbound and outbound scheduling.

iCapture, a consistent and customizable lead capture solution that was founded 12 years ago, allows trade show organizers to provide a standardized system of lead capturing to meet the needs of their exhibitors and stakeholders. Tools from iCapture allow users to capture, qualify and send leads to their CRM all at one time, as well as uses automation for hot-lead notifications, lead scoring and routing and document delivery. Services also include badge scanning, business cards, custom branding and attendee lists.
