Las Vegas, NV — ConvExx, an independent trade and consumer show producer, promoted Jennifer Carr to director of operations. Carr, who has worked at the company for nine years, will be the liaison with service contractors, handling client relations and directing staff on operations. ConvExx produces the SEMA Show, sponsored by the Specialty Equipment Market Association, which ranked #11 on the Trade Show Executive Gold 100 in 2010, and the Las Vegas BikeFest. Prior to joining ConvExx, Carr was a meeting planner for SmithBucklin, managing programs internationally and domestically.
