LAS VEGAS –The exhibition service contractor Complete Show Services opened a southeast operations center in Nashville, complementing regional centers already established in New Jersey, Orlando and Las Vegas, where the company is based.
Randy Butram has been named general manager of the Nashville operations center.
“My Team and I are excited to set a higher service standard in Nashville,” Butram said. “We don’t take our clients or exhibitors for granted.” Butram has more than 25 years experience working in the Nashville area in event production for show managers, facilities, concerts and festivals. The Nashville facility will serve a region that includes Knoxville, Memphis, Atlanta, Birmingham, the Florida Panhandle, as well as Louisville, Cincinnati, Charlotte and the Carolinas.
Founded 24 years ago, Complete Show Services provides general service contracting, exhibitor-appointed-contractor installation and dismantling labor services, custom exhibit builds and rentals, logistics and storage.
“Historically, a large percentage of meetings and conventions that rotate nationally will move from Nashville to Las Vegas, so this new regional center is a vehicle for us to expand our ability to directly service our clients throughout the U.S.,” said Mitch Isaacs, Vice President of Marketing. “Nashville enables us to smoothly service the entire Southeast region, and ties in wonderfully with our other operation centers.”
