CHICAGO Clarion Events acquired Eaton Hall, an event organizer that is specialized in events focused on highly targeted, pre-arranged, F2F meetings. The acquisition marks the launch of Clarion’s new division, Clarion Connect.

“We are thrilled to welcome Eaton Hall into the Clarion family through our newly formed division, Clarion Connect. Eaton Hall’s expertise in delivering exceptional experiences aligns perfectly with our mission to elevate the event experience globally. With the creation of Clarion Connect, we now have the ability to offer an unrivaled portfolio of 1-to-1 events that foster deep, strategic relationships across industries. We look forward to the future of Eaton Hall within our growing network and are committed to building on the legacy that Scott Goldman and his team have established,” said Lisa Hannant, Group CEO, Clarion Events.

Eaton Hall produces summits and forums across a variety of industries, including Bank Facilities, CopTech, Cop Fleet, Work Fleet, 911 Directors and Hospital Security. The company’s events bring decision-makers together in intimate and casual hosted-buyer formats, creating a candid environment for leaders to share solutions with a “white glove” level of service.

Scott Goldman, the Founder of Eaton Hall, will continue in the role of Chairman. He brings his more than 45 years of experience in the trade show industry to the role and will ensure continuity for the brand’s vision and operations.

Launch of Clarion Connect

The mission of Clarion’s new division is to deliver high-value and tailored meeting opportunities that help to create strategic partnerships and business development through the consolidation of Clarion’s existing one-to-one focused connections businesses, which includes Quartz Network and Events, Consero Events and Connexa.

Clarion Connect will be led by Kelly Comboni, President of Quartz Network, Consero Events, Leftfield Media and now Eaton Hall. Comboni joined Clarion Events in 2016 when the company acquired Leftfield Media, and in leading this new division will continue to report to Hannant and Clarion Events North America Chairman Greg Topalian.

“In today’s fast-paced world, the demand for high-impact, focused connections has never been stronger,” Comboni said. “The 1:1 event format offers something truly unique: a curated environment where participants can engage in meaningful, targeted conversations that drive real business outcomes. This format, with its hosted-buyer and curated matchmaking options, continues to grow because it prioritizes the quality of interaction over quantity. As Clarion Connect brings together the expertise and resources of Quartz, Consero, Eaton Hall and Connexa, we’re creating a powerhouse team that can deliver even more customized, impactful experiences for clients. By combining each brand’s strengths while preserving their formats under one thematic umbrella, we are uniquely positioned to set new standards in the industry and meet the evolving needs of our clients across sectors.”

According to Clarion, the division is now the world’s largest organizer of one-to-one events, with more than 80 summits, events, online networks and forums. Clarion Connect operates in the U.S., U.K. and Europe, and helps to drive more than 60,000 meaningful connections across industries.
