CHICAGO — CompuSystems announced the completion of its acquisition by Datavault AI, formerly called WiSA Technologies before its acquisition of and merger with Datavault®.
CompuSystems will now operate as the CSI Division of Datavault, and will continue to provide its existing services and solutions while expanding capabilities focused on enhancing client satisfaction, delivering deeper insights across live events, scaling intelligent event technologies and other experience-drive industries.
“This closing represents the start of an exciting new era for CSI and our clients,” stated Mark LoGiurato, President of the CSI Division. “With the full backing of Datavault AI, we’re better positioned than ever to deliver smarter, more immersive, and more measurable experiences across the events industry — and to extend these capabilities into new markets beyond events, where our technology and expertise can drive equally powerful results.”
The acquisition plans were officially announced at the start of the year in January, and according to the presentation from an investors’ call on May 20, 2025, CompuSystems adds “major revenue streams and new customer relationships” to Datavault’s business.
