SIZE SPECIFICATIONS

Trade Show Executive is printed sheet-fed and saddle-stitched bound. Page trim is 8.375 inches by 10.875 inches. Text and logos must not extend beyond 5/8 of an inch (.375 inches) from the trim size to avoid being cut off. Below is a list of popular ad sizes and their dimensions:

FILE FORMATS

High-resolution PDF files are the preferred format. Ads should be submitted as press-ready PDF files. Please ensure that all fonts and/or images are embedded. Ads may also be submitted as native files using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop files (version CS5.5 or below of Adobe Suite accepted). All supporting logos, images, graphics and fonts used in the ad must be included with the file. If font files cannot be provided, type must be outlined or rasterized before sending to us.

COLOR & RESOLUTION

All colors must be CMYK and total ink density should not exceed 300%. Pantone (PMS) colors and metallic ink need to be converted to CMYK color mode. All images and logos must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (1200 dpi for bitmap graphics) at 100% print size.

FILE SUBMISSION

If files are larger than 5MB in size, they cannot be emailed to us and must be sent via our FTP (see information below). If files are smaller than 5MB, you can either email them to our production department at production@tradeshowexecutive.com or upload them to our FTP. If you do not receive conrmation of receipt within 24 hours, please call us directly to conrm that the files were received. All ad materials will be pre-flighted and you will be contacted if any items are flagged for adjustment.
